TR398v4: Add Upload MU-MIMO test case.
Support LANforge CT718 8-portand CT714c-at attenuator, both of which are especially useful for side-mounting on RF chambers.
Support 3-D positioner in Rate vs Range test to provide Rate vs Range vs Tilt.
TR398v4: Support enabling MLO for Max-Cx 32 station test.
TR398v4: Improve wifi-7 support, including for AP-Coex and ACS tests.
TR398v4: Limit some high-speed pass/fail thresholds in case where AP supports Ethernet that is lower than those limits.
TR398v4: Take Ethernet limits into account for tests needing WiFi backpressure: Air Time Fairness, QoS.
TR398v4: Improve Latency reporting by adding high resolution CDF graphs to several tests.
Update WiFi IP ToS defaults to be compatible with RFC-8235
Support HTTP3 (QUIC) protocol using layer-4 endpoints.
LANforge-GUI generated reports now use relative paths for sub-directories, to make it easy to rename and copy the reports to new locations.
LANforge-GUI enables the http (JSON scripting) feature by default.
AP-Auto test gains various features and bug fixes, including better WiFi-7 and 6Ghz band support.
Scale test has many bug fixes and reporting improvements.
Mesh test now supports 6GHz stations.
Improve MLO Link stats, requires 6.11.11+ or higher kernel.
Improve MLO Link stability in Intel be200 by calculating beacon signal in the driver instead of depending on firmware to report accurate values.
Interop: Add support for Apple IOS 18
DFS: Improve RADAR emulation to support additional patterns.
Support integrated zoom meetings in the Generic tab.
Support integrated YouTube streaming on LANforge Linux and Windows machines (support already exists on the LANforge Interop app).
Android Interop gains ability to automate connecting to APs using Enterprise encryption and requiring 'TOFU' click through in Android.


Significant Bug Fixes

Fix regression that broke quiesce-endpoint logic. This made the transmitter keep transmitting so that DUT does not drain the pkts. Work-around would be to manually set tx-rate to zero (I think). And we can do a point release for older releases that have this bug as needed.
Fix regression in at least 6.10 and higher kernels where txpower was not configured properly (it would have stayed at NIC defaults.)
